Ethodius - Exchange and return information as of Jan 22nd, 2005:
As of this date there are no refunds offered. Exchanges are pending for the CD(s) shipped. The reasons are as follows:
All promotional or master CDs are burned with Roxio Toast 6.07.
Most Ethodius CDs that are sold are copied and verified at In the Mix Productions. All the other CDs are played on a low cost portable CD player before being shipped. This insures reliability.
If there is still a problem playing the CD, there is a very good chance that it is your CD player. The Ethodius CD is a silver bottom CD so the integrity is as close as one can get to a commercially pressed CD. Some portable CD players have a difficult time playing certain CDs. Try a different CD player such as a higher end or home installation CD player. If there is still a problem, feel free to contact Ethodius at ethodius@gatecom.com. Please describe the problem with as much detail as you can and then there will be something that can be worked out.
